As the President of 283 Production, Tsutomu has a serious demeanor. He can even sometimes come off as harsh. In spite of that, deep down he is truly a sweet man who is highly compassionate. Upon one of the Idol's in his agency succeeding, he will be moved to tears, but would not admit it.
